Senior Principal, Area Manager and Plant Manager responsible for Safety, Budgeting, procurement of chemicals and lab supplies, asset management, capital improvement recommendations and the operations and maintenance of a 0.375 MGD direct discharge IWWTP. In scope duties are maintaining compliance of the effluent and the timely submittal of the annual, quarterly and monthly DMR’s. Biological nutrient removal and the management of BOD loading are critical components in maintaining compliance and chemical costs. Helped facilitate and oversaw plant upgrades to the effluent aeration basin and effluent phosphorus and temperature control.

Senior Principal and Area manager responsible for the oversight and management of a 0.113 MGD direct discharge IWWTP, submittal of the annual, quarterly and monthly DMR’s, asset management, capital improvement plans and maintain compliance of the plant’s effluent.
  • Perdue Farms, Monterey, TN – Private Chicken processing plant. Senior Principal and Area Manager responsible for Safety, budgeting, asset management, capital planning, oversight and client management of a 0.193 MGD IWWTP. Worked with the onsite staff to significantly reduce chemical and sludge hauling costs. Constructed a one of a kind dewatering system to thicken chicken by-products to make it acceptable for the renderers.
  • Flowers Bakery, Crossville, TN – Private Confectionary plant. Senior Principal and Area Manager responsible for Safety, budgeting, asset management, capital planning, and the oversight and client management of a 0.055 MGD IWWTP. Worked closely with the staff to significantly reduce chemical usage and plant viability. Engineered a piping project to bring high alkaline water back to the headworks of the plant to raise pH and saved significant monies in chemicals.
  • H-E-B Grocery, San Antonio, TX – Private Grocery Store Chain. Senior Principal and Area Manager responsible for Safety, budgeting, asset management, capital planning and the oversight and client management of a 0.475 MGD IWWTP. Worked closely with the local staff to significantly reduce chemical and sludge hauling costs by adjusting CAF and DAF paddle on and off times.
  • Nestle Foods, Springville, UT – Private Food Chain. Senior Principal and Area Manager responsible for Safety, budgeting, asset management, capital planning, oversight and client management of a 0.555 MGD IWWTP. Worked with the onsite staff to engineer and implement a modernization project which saved the client considerable man hours and plant reliability.
  • Hudsonville Ice Cream, MI – Private Ice Cream Processing Plant. Senior Principal and Area Manager responsible for the transition of the project, Safety, Budgeting, asset management, oversight and client management of a 0.223 MGD IWWTP. Worked with the Transition Manager and Plant Manager to bring the newly constructed plant online.
  • JBS, Worthington, MN – Private Pork Slaughtering and Packaging Facility. Senior Principal and Area Manager responsible for the transition of the project, Safety, Budgeting, asset management, oversight and client management of a 2.23 MGD IWWTP. Worked with the staff to identify and overcome toxicity issues associated with the incoming waste.
