I am writing to express my interest in both the open Targeted Case Worker position, and the Community Support Associate Position.
I have worked for the past five years in the world of higher education, specifically with freshmen students coming out of high school. Every summer since 2022 I have had the pleasure of working with our campus’s Upward Bound program, where I got to work with underprivileged/low income high school students aged fourteen to eighteen.
The institution I spent most of my adult life at, Oakland City University, unfortunately had to close its doors on June 1st of this year. That being said, helping others and working in a field similar to this is something I do have experience in, and would love to continue with this next step.
