* Supervise and assist group of employees with troubleshooting, service and repair of various industrial/commercial refrigeration equipment.

* Create quotes and bids as well as visit and maintain good customer relations.

* Maintain and service hospital related equipment such as pharmacy coolers/freezers, ultralow cascading equipment, cryogenic research, environmental chambers and various biomedical equipment.

* Maintain large refrigerated warehouse facilities.

* Maintain and service industrial refrigeration equipment.

* Compressor changeouts, PSM followup, alignments, shaft seals, sensor calibration, preventative maintenance ( oil pots, oil analysis, vibration analysis, cooling tower maintenance ect.)

* Maintain customer freon based equipment and HVAC systems.

* Implement an effective preventative maintenance program at Agrana.

* Maintain customer relations ( Americold, Cargill, Dannon, Tyson, ect.
