- IB Pids & Pallet Receive - Staffed and strategically ran a team of up to 50 Associates making sure safe flow of production, pallet breaking and trailer unloading over came any potential barrier and all goals got met as standard while coordinating with other departments on planning.
- OB Fluid Load - Staffed & Strategically ran a team of up to 85 Associates & another 10 in critical roles to ensure safe execution of SOP & keep production going with minimal barriers while working closely with the ship clerk and also other departments on plan coordination.
- Ship Clerk - Strategically track and plan ahead to ensure no recirculation and control the shifts incoming freight volume. Attached VRID’s and make trailer moves, working closely with our TOM team drivers and OPS. Made cases for misloads, VRID request, trailer request and many more. Working closely with safety, Critical roles and all other departments.
- Manual Palletize - Staffed and ran a team of up to 30 Associates to manually receive, sort by destination, trickle and send out palletized freight. Also utilized MP lines to control sorter recirc and divert it to our lines to trickle and send out to prevent sorter gridlock. Working closely with pallet load, ship clerk and all other departments.
- OB Pallet Load - Staffed & ran a team of up to 25 Associates, keeping count of how many pallets per destination are on the floor and prioritizing which trailers to bring to door, attach correct VRID, and work closely with Associates to Waterspider said pallets to corresponding corrals then working with PIT drivers to load said trailers thus allowing me send out palletized trailers working with TOM team.
- Mentor junior staff members on proper process execution techniques, helping them develop valuable skills that translate into career growth opportunities.
- Assist OPS in workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal staffing levels on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting thorough audits and addressing potential hazards promptly.
- Monitor and report on process performance, hourly & daily goals, barriers and hazards to verify compliance with established standards.
