Responsible for supporting and maintaining 184 Fixed and PTZ Cameras surrounding the perimeter fence lines for Cairns, Knox, and Hanchey Air Fields at Fort Rucker, Al. Duties include troubleshooting the cameras in the field to include Modems,Power Supplies,Cabling or the Fiber runs from the field to the Com Rooms. I used lifts or climbed towers for some repairs or replacements. Worked with AC & DC Power Supplies. Worked remotely with Software Engineers to update DAQ's or configure PTZ Cameras. Kept a weekly Camera Status Report sent in to Headquarters.

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the 4G/LTE Network for territory of 40+ Cell Sites. Providing technical support in network performance, outage resolutions and working to identify day to day Radio Network improvements. This included on-site support, installation,proactive and reactive maintenance & repair of cell site equipment. Working with tower crews when repairs were necessary up the towers. Perform scheduled drive tests to test signal levels and quality of service throughout the network. Recognize possible service degradation and identify potential network issues; proactively react to situations before they escalate. Provided technical support in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware at cell sites. Respond to on site issues and resolve network outages by performing diagnostic testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, and repairs to hardware and software. Maintain accurate inventory of cell site assets. Provide after hours and/or weekend or holiday support.
