TRAX Powersports Rentals maintains a rental fleet of over 100 Powersports vehicles throughout all four seasons across three different locations in Northern Utah. Acting as fleet manager, I have been responsible for the following sectors of management of our equipment:

• As we place our seasonal equipment orders, I assist the TRAX owners with the analysis of vehicle performance and popularity to determine optimal quantities for seasonal orders and communicate with manufacturers to coordinate orders.
• I coordinate repairs, maintenance, damage/maintenance logs, parts orders, and transportation of units between locations with the technicians on site. I am also the liaison with our manufacturers for technical support and warranty/recall work.
• I am over rental operations and work with customers on large-scale rental contracts. I also am responsible for assessing and collecting for damage done to our equipment and response when accidents occur in our units.
• I work with the TRAX owner to manage our sales team and coordinate sales of our used equipment. In my years on the sales team, we have averaged $1-$2 million in used sales annually.
• Ensure high standards of safety and code compliance in our repair shop.

Bear River Lodge is a cabin/ powersports equipment rental outfitter near Christmas Meadows Utah. While employed as a grounds/fleet tech, I filled the following roles:

• General maintenance of grounds/facilities at BRL. This included plumbing, electrical, pool/spa maintenance, heavy equipment operation and snow removal, and coordination with contractors for specialized repairs/jobs.
• Maintenance/repair of company equipment and rental fleet. This included company trucks, excavation equipment, and small engine work/ repair of powersports equipment. We were also expected to keep detailed records of maintenance/repairs.
• We were expected to maintain the highest standards of equipment/grounds conditions, and safety for guests and our crew.
• Worked with customers daily to ensure satisfaction and quality of service.

Responsibilities included:

• Worked as part of a team to transport equipment/tools and materials to job sites prior to commencment of work.
• Worked with the team to keep extremely high safety standards on job sites. This was while operating in hazardous work conditions and while working with hazardous materials such as asphalt, fiberglass roofing materials, sharp/dangerous waste metal materials etc.
• Worked directly with customers to ensure jobs were done satisfactorily. Worked with the team to ensure care was taken when working on customer property to show high levels of respect and cleanliness.
