As a seasoned employee with a basic knowledge base for customer service. I quickly teamed up with other coworkers to assess items that needed to be re-ordered. Assisted the drive though customers. Learned the various menu items and the proper method of cooking.

As a first time employee to the job market, I was trained on the registers to take orders, delivery to tables and assist customers with various questions regarding the options on the menu.

I would also assist the shift manager in closing out the registers, cleaning and doing prep work for the next day.
