  • I implemented simplistic formulas that are people-based and primarily focused on employee retention and removing redundancies in order to efficiently maximize profits.
  • In my primary location, we took the store from a YTD average of 66% to monthly goal to a current monthly goal that surpasses not only the Budget and Gross Profit goals of 100%, but exceeds them by an additional 20%.
  • Implemented my theory that the bike business can attract employees from outside the cycling world talent pool, guide them with our existing business model and allow the passionate players I hired to thrive, which they did.
