- As an RSSA my responsibilities included Interacting with staff, students and parents and trying to answer any question they might have.
- I was trained to perform a number of tasks like opening and closing both our information desk as well as our mailroom, making sure it maintains a clean environment.
- In the mailroom I handed out packages to the correct student making sure to follow Postal laws.
- I was also trained on how to use a number of online resources like professionally answering emails, communicating over the phone, and keeping up to date with radio protocol.
