• Manage and update class schedules and daily centre operations
• Welcome and assist students and parents at reception, handling queries and bookings
• Support teachers during classes, including assisting with Pre-K and Kindergarten learning activities
• Mark and review students’ work, providing feedback where needed
• Maintain inventory of learning materials and office supplies
• Design and create promotional flyers and centre communications
• Ensure the centre is organized, welcoming, and runs efficiently
