Dear Hiring Manager,
Throughout my career, I have believed that sustainable occupancy is earned long before a family walks through the front door. It begins with trust-trust between a community and its referral partners, trust between leaders and the teams they serve, and trust between families making one of life's most important decisions. My leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership. I believe leaders are responsible for equipping their teams with the training, resources, accountability, and support they need to succeed. When people feel valued and empowered, they consistently achieve exceptional results. I also believe in hiring for character, work ethic, and coachability before technical skill. Skills can be developed through coaching and mentorship; integrity, resilience, and a willingness to grow are the qualities that build outstanding teams. In my current role as Director of Sales & Marketing with Eagle Senior Living, I have increased community revenue by more than 20%, led the community to its highest census under current ownership while achieving 100% occupancy, and transformed our business development strategy by increasing professional referral-based move-ins from 23% to 88%. Those results were made possible by cultivating trusted partnerships throughout El Paso and Pueblo Counties and focusing on long-term relationships rather than transactional sales. I am excited by the opportunity to bring this relationship-focused, servant leadership approach to a Regional Director of Sales role, helping multiple communities strengthen occupancy, develop high-performing teams, and build lasting partnerships that support sustainable growth. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my experience and leadership philosophy can contribute to your organization.
Sincerely, Jedidiah Nigh
