- Served as Project Manager for the company's upgrade of their Xerox Check-In Line. Line production increased by 30% per day since the upgrade in 2015.
- Promoted from off-shift Supervisor to Production Manager in July 2013 to manage 3 check-in lines and 4 machines over three shifts.
