I came into this premise technician job with no experience in the field. Through the training weeks, then the infield training i slowly began to learn this job. Here I learned that you were essentially your own boss, and in charge of how your day went. In the beginning it took some getting used to, but after awhile you learn how to manage the workload and get the expected work completed. Im a very personable guy, the customer service came naturally to me. Explaining to customers how the individual services work and what it all entails for them to work them and how to work them. I have received numerous achievements for outstanding customer service. We are in charge of our own safety here also, I work safely and have never been inured at the job in 10yrs now. I believe that is another great achievement. Im a hard worker and try and meet the metrics every month. I have a great working relationship with the managers also. Im a hard worker and work till all the work is complete.
