Accomplishments

During my time as Chief orchestrated two Memorandums of Understandings (MOU's) with the City of San Angelo (COSA) and San Angelo Independent School District (SAISD) which enhanced repairs for the fire departments vehicles on a no-charge for simple regular maintenance that could not be done fast enough by local repair shops for free ambulance service to all Goodfellow students and Tricare recipients if needed. Provided maintenance for 10 SUV's for SAISD in return for 4 summer trips with coach service for the school age summer program free of charge for maintaining their inspection vehicles. Both of these programs were approved at the highest level of the Pentagon before approval. The community partnership generated with the city and school district have netted numerous savings to the base and community partners since inception.
