Provided security for staff as well as our residents. I also facilitate movement of residents and assist them at times with questions and concerns. At WRC I get to work with a very diverse set of fellow employees which helps me grow as a person and professional. The same can be said about the residents I get to interact with, as limited as that may be in my current position.
