  • Performed more than 15 evaluations per week to assess teammates strengths, and subtlety's and always offered positive reinforcement and truly prided myself on the fact that my team was always very cohesive, and I made it a point to fly the line as a line FA with my Team at least once a month, to ensure that we all work together.
  • Coordinated trainings and safety events in a positive, fun way, and instilled to the inflight team members and leaders, the great importance of what we do, why we do it, and the lives that could potentially be saved even though while we are seeming redundant, repeating especially with "door arming/disarming" procedures, ( I use this example because it seems to be the leading safety infraction with Inadvertent slide deployments in this industry. And with larger aircraft and crew, the numbers just increase from there. It does not have to. This is why I became the first Safety Coordinator regarding all Slide training and deployments for the company. We were able to decrease the average number of inadvertent slide deployments company wide from average of 4 per year down to 1 per year for the next four years, with only one of those years being charged to inflight, rather than ground crew.

Senior Loan Officer

Countrywide Home Loans/Bank Of America
Lodi, CA
09.2000 - 08.2009

While being a licensed Salesperson by the State of California Department of Real Estate, it was my responsibility to market myself as well as my company to local Realtors, Builders, Financial Planners, Commercial Banks, as well as local Attorney's.

I increased market share for my company, and built very strong relationships with clients that had the ability to refer their clients, buyer's, Seller's, as well as borrower's who were interested in refinancing their current mortgage.

I quickly became one of the top-producing Loan Officers in my territory. The relationships that I cultivated with clients, and shortly thereafter with their buyer's, seller's, and borrower's was the most rewarding aspect of my job. the ability to help people change their lives, by assisting them in many cases with credit repair, or budgeting, and paying their bills in a timely manner, and using my knowledge to assist them to make these life changes, ultimately allowing them to close escrow in many cases on their first home ever quickly became the driving force for my daily routine, and gave me the motivation and ambition to exceed in learning more about all aspects of the Real Estate transaction as well as the many programs, loan types and guidelines that were structured around them.

  • Developed and grew what was a very small local branch office of Founder's Title Co. into a top performing, profitable branch that went from 5th place out of 6 in transactions closed, to 1st place out of 6, in a matter of 9 months in the position.
  • Identified and pursued valuable business opportunities to generate new company revenue and improve bottom line profit.
  • Determined (prior to all of the automated reporting on performance that we have available today,) who were the absolute top 20 percent of the Realtors, and lenders in my territory, and focused 80% of my time on marketing to those clients.
  • Developed Sales Campaigns, I learned to create and run my own Property Profiles, and Farm Reports, and even created and developed Sales and marketing techniques for the Realtors as well as the lenders. I was not just "thinking out of the box" I sold without even knowing that there is a "box" I created something of value for our clients, something that they implemented into their own business, something that nobody had shown to them before, it was something of VALUE that truly increased their Sales. I was not just distributing "SWAG"! The amount of clients continued to increase, and within one year, i had clients, and friends of those clients calling to book time with me. For those times, it was a true revelation
