I was responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, and inventory management. I ensured that the stores adhered to regulations and that the inventory met the required standards. Additionally, I concentrated on sales and provided training to sales personnel on techniques to achieve success.

Assisted customers in identifying needs and preferences for Ford and Lincoln products.

• Assist with training new product to employees, and management. I also sold phones and provided customer service. One of the leaders for our team on community service projects.

• My job overview is to see the day to day operation of the kids, and making sure they’re making the progress needed to complete the program.

• Assistant Manager, Answered phones, sold phone and Direct TV to customers, and provided customer service.

• Answered phones, sold cable and cells phones. Long lines cell phone Company was bought out by AT&T.

• Trained new employees and helped implement new programs, phone management of incoming calls and chat messages from clients, troubleshoot documents calls under multiple screens, issue replacement equipment or schedule technician calls.

• Sold product and services for AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. Trained and helped implement new product that was coming out. Also have experience in computer products too.

• Responsible for after school youth programs and activities. Worked with a group that ran daily activity and coached.
