  • Teach weather interpretation, soaring techniques, aero-tow operations, situational awareness, emergency procedures, and safety.
  • Plan, forecast, manage and schedule flight lessons.
  • Continuously creating instructional material and training syllabi for specific areas of ground and flight training.
  • Observe and evaluate students' work to determine progress, provide feedback, and make suggestions for improvement.
