• Constantly monitor weather to execute a jump run for everyone's safe return.
• Continuously look for safety hazards.
• Managed all systems and situations affecting flight while preserving passenger comfort, safety and well being.
• Monitored other pilot's performance and coached to improve abilities, and procedures.
• Conducted aircraft walk-arounds before entering cockpit for flight and upon completion of each flight.
