  • As The Clinical Director I am responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for the clients, supervising and mentoring the clinical staff, and driving the growth and development of the therapeutic services.   • Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Care and Case Management: Oversee client intake, assessment, and treatment planning. Ensure appropriate and effective therapeutic interventions are provided. Address complex clinical cases and provide case consultations as needed.
  • Program Development and Evaluation: Develop and implement new therapeutic programs and services. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and make improvements as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance service delivery.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements. Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives to maintain accreditation standards. Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
