I manage the product lifecycle and customer relationship for a fashion jewelry and hair accessories manufacturer.

Accounts: Kohls, Bealls, Belk, Boscov's, Windsor Store, Roller Rabbit, Burlington Coat Factory & JCPenney

Product development:

• Sending specs for costing, negotiating cost, and delegating styles to each factory
• Sending original samples/components for production
• Approving molds/components
• Receiving PP's/TOP's for approval and sending to the customer
• Approving Order Confirmation's, card and ticket orders, packing way, QC reports and safety testing reports.
• Retailing and sourcing for new development.
• Working on PDQ's where applicable
• Utilizing I2 cataloging software to create core item profiles for each style

Customer:

• Line sheets, cost sheets and buysheets
• Receiving and processing PO's,
• Answering all customer inquiries including delivery dates, requests for product images, sample requests, PO extensions or revisions, and new development requests
• Attend market meetings with merchandising to showcase new groups for the season

I worked with the General Manager and Internal sales manager to handle sales and product development for Jambu and JBU, a women’s comfort shoe brand.

I worked with a senior product manager to manage product development for cut and sew intimates licensed brands Laura Ashley, Adrienne Vittadini and Delta Burke.

I worked with the founder of contemporary womenswear brand Vincetta through all aspects of sourcing, production, and sales.
