- Through SM ADP I led Coffeehouse Walks and Food Safety Audits in all D3008 stores asking peers to send recaps with completion dates and feedback on how I could improve my approach.
- Led D3008 Partner Planning Huddle and partnered with peers to develop a plan to get stores staffed as a part of ADP.
