  • A95 Change Champion- Inventory (AC Launch). I partnered with a peer to rollout Automated Counting for Area 95 resulting in 92% count completion; the highest in MSO
  • Through SM ADP I led Coffeehouse Walks and Food Safety Audits in all D3008 stores asking peers to send recaps with completion dates and feedback on how I could improve my approach.
  • Led D3008 Partner Planning Huddle and partnered with peers to develop a plan to get stores staffed as a part of ADP.
  • Led Quarterly Planning Visits with DM support as a part of SM ADP
