With over 20 years of experience in ophthalmology, I have developed a deep passion for both teaching and lifelong learning. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience that I believe can positively impact others within the ophthalmic community. I enjoy helping others grow professionally by sharing practical skills, clinical insight, and encouragement gained through years of experience in the field.
I am motivated by the opportunity to continue learning new techniques, technologies, and advancements in ophthalmology while also mentoring and educating those entering or advancing within the profession. I believe that collaboration, education, and strong leadership are essential to improving patient care and strengthening the ophthalmic community as a whole.
