• Currently working with the international executive leader to lead and oversee global communication efforts, including issues/crisis management, educational training, internal personal development. I oversee a team who works virtually from and together we create and oversee the communication efforts.
• All Nations is one of the leading international Christian training and sending missions agencies. All Nations was founded in 1993 by Floyd and Sally McClung, former global YWAM Directors. All Nations currently has more than 400 workers and has five hubs located in: South Africa, Taiwan, Germany, Uganda, and Kansas City (USA).

• Initially, I worked with the All Nations Kansas City Hub and helped create a strategic donor development and outreach program focused on building relationships and increase fundraising.

I spent six months in training in Puerto Rico and Belize and received credentials in train-the-trainer. After this, I helped with strategic planning and then was one of four people deployed to serve in Mozambique to assist the villages after the two cyclones in 2018/2019. I served in two areas and helped train the local leaders in dealing with crises. After Africa, I was deployed to Guatemala where we also trained a large group of leaders in disaster preparedness and simulation response training. I was then deployed to lead a team to respond to a tornado after-effects stateside in Nashville, TN in January 2020. Covid hit and grounded our efforts after this point.

• Worked with partner-owners to identify, design and launch the firm's strategic positioning and a robust internal and external marketing and communications effort, including annual internal and external survey programs to measure perspectives and behavior.
• Kansas City's longest continually operating full-service architecture and interior design firm specializing in commercial, educational and municipal industry sectors.

• Real + Relevant Communications is focused on helping organizational systems and clients build cultures of trust among all stakeholders by incorporating specific disciplines, including: public relations, communications, marketing, business development strategies and organizational development practices, psychology and behavioral sciences.
