Former collegiate student-athlete at Alabama A&M University in Normal, Alabama. I have a passion to develop players on and off the court with training and skills that will enhance their athletic and personal abilities as student athletes engaging in real world experiences. I am a coach that drives off winning but most importantly as a coach I truly believe that high school athletes should be students first and athletes second. I am committed to helping student athletes realize their greatest performance levels in the game of basketball. I am well versed in guiding players to foster competencies, and gain new and beneficial skills to long-term health & fitness, sports and performance goals. I am experienced with extensive knowledge that will assist players in learning powerful techniques to improve their form and maximize performance and endurance as athletes.

As a coach, motivation, developing and encouraging a growth mind set with players is vital for athletes and their personal experience. I believe in being an example of good sportsmanship and positive work ethic on and off the court. Representing Banneker High school professionally at all times.

I am resourceful and goal-oriented with sports and athletics. I offer a comprehensive background in different sports such as basketball, softball, track and field, soccer, swimming, field hockey and tennis as a reference to my background in sports and athletics.

Qualified Coach equipped with a plethora of motivational techniques and technical skills necessary to engage students in becoming student athletes first and achieve results. I am highly experienced in establishing effective communication with all stakeholders, establishing trust, developing relationships, making connections, and exceeding expectations.

I am an energetic coach with problem solving skills and a professional who retains sound, quality leadership skills; possesses strong mentoring ability and remains adept at dynamic interpersonal communication. Equipped to support the mission and vision of Banneker high school athletic department.
