OSP Permitting Manager for large, multistate Subsidized Fiber project in the Northeast. Familiar with OSP Permitting, Make Ready and the Utility /Telecom Joint Use process, including state and federal permitting.

• Knowledge of the pole application process from submission to acceptance with the ability and experience to challenge application discrepancies and costs when necessary.
• Interact with vendors, utility/telco companies and internal personnel (Engineering and permitting) to review and provide appropriate build documentation. Able to review the JPA applications and other JPA documents in order to facilitate and meet various permitting requirements.
• Experience in aerial fiber construction, node construction and related utility make-ready work and and NESC standards and Public Right of Way rules.
• Reviewed permit applications and managed ROW issues. Manage construction applications & documentation to record construction field changes. (Red lines).
• Established and implemented a Post Construction Inspection (PCI) process, and construction coordination for failures.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with pole owners, utilities, and government offices on make ready and permitting timelines.

• Responsible for all aspects of permitting process for telecommunications projects. From receiving plans, determining exact scope of work, research for correct permitting jurisdiction, to include completing correct applications for GC/EC signature, online account creation for submittal, and submitting for proper permit or permits, with follow-up until permit is issued. NOC creation and subcontractors are added to permits as required. From Raw Land submittals, antenna upgrades, generator installation, fiber, Small Cell, ROW, Zoning/LDO amendments and groundwork for all of major carriers.
• Contractor registrations and/or update when/where needed.
• I worked to push permits through construction completion with inspection scheduling and obtaining closed permit or Certificate of Completion for our customer and closeout team.
• Specializing in Florida Private Provider Inspection process, from registration, permit submittals with plan review completed prior to submittals to expedite permit issuance, scheduling Private Provider inspections to bypass jurisdictional inspection delays, keeping crews on site working as inspections are performed so work doesn't stop, to enable permits to be closed sooner.
• Managed communication with regulatory agencies, maintaining positive relationships and expediting approvals when necessary.
• Coordinated with multiple departments to ensure timely completion of permitting tasks, resulting in smoother project execution.
• Assisted in preparing permit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documents.

• Responsible for all sales, advertising, and inventory maintenance. Scheduling deliveries, filling out permit applications and NOCs, making all deposits, and monthly balancing reports. Ordered all inventory, maintained AP/AR, payroll, and finances for owner. Submit all permitting to appropriate jurisdiction. Accomplishments I had a tremendous sales volume, with numerous repeat customers, including large government contracts. During 2008 to 2016, I worked part time, then full time until 2018

• This was a highly technical and complex position ensuring power is maintained consistently, or restored promptly. Monitoring multiple substations via SCADA for loads, opening and closing switches remotely via complex computer programs to perform load switching for repair or outage restoration. Created service orders for repair. Took caller information via phone to determine outage locations. Complied monthly statistical reports as needed. Operated/monitored 27 computer programs simultaneously. Skills Used Constantly multitask, answering phones, two way radio and mobile phones in order to obtain and relay accurate information to field crew.

• Field position obtaining accurate meter readings. Disconnecting services at metering point for non payment issues. Collected payments, and coordinated daily route. Uploaded routes and assigned collection paperwork for other employees. Skills Used Accuracy and PR skills on constant basis. Driving in all terrains across 10 county territory. Diffused difficult customers/situations

• Managed the Animal Control activities for Desoto County. Obtained all certifications and licenses for these activities including the necessary certification as a practitioner by the Drug Enforcement Administration, United States Department of Justice and State of Florida in order to purchase and store specific drugs for animal euthanasia and Shelter Management. Coordinated all employee schedules, off-site adoption events, and veterinary care.

• General Sheriff's Office dispatch duties and E911 Call Center dispatching. Worked both full and part time during these years.
