• Began as the crew member learning the ins and outs of Sonic
• Became assistant manager, focused on cleanliness
• Also, crew accountability, schedules and inventory with the truck order one of my main jobs
• Rising to Assistant General Manager taught more about labor, training, and beginning to learn more about P & L

• Opened the Highway5 and the Hospital Drive locations as dough manager
• Later became store manager for Hospital Drive store
• Kept both locations stocked in fresh made dough, trained staff in accordance with corporate expectations
• Corporate partner over our stores kept me personally in the know, for any and all changes and/or updates concerning making or storing dough

• Maintaining McDonald's QVS & C standards through floor control, and building sales through hospitality and cleanliness
• Focus on balancing service and production to surpass quarterly sales, labor, and waste goals

• Instruct students of all ages and all types to be capable and confident at handling equines
• Job duties include building student relations, scheduling lessons, coach summer camps, bookkeeping and A/R
• Organized the balanced development of both students and horses

• I began my time at Dave & Buster's as a cocktail server, quickly transferring to wait staff
• It wasn't long before they asked if anyone wanted to go to the Special Events Office
• There I started being in charge of cold calling and then later was in charge of several Outside Sales teams
• I was put in as a Game Tech, with building sales being my job focus
• I also spent about a year and a half being the Special Events Coordinator with planning events as my absolute favorite job
• While I was at D&B I worked for2 different locations with many job titles; including Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre's Hostess and Training Coordinator, hiring and training new hires for their roles at Dave & Busters

• Maintained customer/builder relations working to ensure employees were scheduled appropriately
• Figured payroll, organized accounts receivable and accounts payable, and, made the deposits
• Also, worked up proposals and set up the layouts for orders being placed, and, billed to builders and homeowners
• I worked for Marble Mart, Inc off and on for many years

Went home before degree due to health issues.
