Volunteer/Additional Information

I have been a Fitness/Yoga Instructor since 2002 and have worked at LifeTime Fitness, the YMCA, Golds Gym, Heat Yoga and Xperience Fitness. I have traveled overseas many times to share my yoga journey and teach. I am a certified Fitness Trainer and am certified in Yoga and many other disciplines. I am also CPR certified.

I regularly volunteer with ELC Works thru Aveda and Green River Greening in St. Paul.
