Accomplishments

When starting my early career at Cape Canaveral Cruise Lines as a customer service sales agent, I quickly climbed the ladder into the number one position in the call center, raising profits by a 20 percent margin in my first 2 months of employment. Shortly after, I was awarded the title trainer of the Tampa office via intercom. My sales pitch was also adopted by the company and given to all employees to utilize.

Hobbies

  • Touch typing is very relaxing to me. I find it to be a great stress reliever & it's exciting to see just how fast I can type when participating in typing tests and typing games online.
  • Language learning is something that is a great exercise for the mind and also very beneficial in the work place. Currently I’m learning Spanish which will make me an even greater asset in my next professional role.
  • Mindfulness & yoga is something I’ve been practicing for the past year. I find it very beneficial to slow down your system before taking on the day.
