I am a highly energetic, self motivated, people-person, "cup runneth over" type of woman. I enjoy the outdoors, weight training via CrossFit, running, and always trying to find a way to be better than I was the day before. I am a coachable adult who loves to learn something new everyday. I strive to be the best wife I can be to my U.S. Army veteran and 25 year Firefighter husband who suffers from PTSD. I am a member of the Peer Support Team for the police department to assist in caring for the wellness of other police officers. I am also a member of the Honor Guard for the police department.
