1. Payroll
• Process Time Sheets Every Monday
• Ensure that employee is paid correct pay rates based on consumer budgets
• Process Payroll every other Week
• All filing for payroll.
• Complete Employee verifications.
• Maintain permanent files for ILS employees.
• Maintain spreadsheet for Vacation/ Holiday accrual.
• New Hire Training presentation.
• Ensure that all garnishments are processed correctly.
• Maintain payroll files for employees
2. Retirement
• Ensure that all employees are enrolled in 403B retirement
• Submit deduction amount to Accounting Manager if employee chooses to contribute to plan.
• Maintain spreadsheet for monthly payroll for retirement.
3. Health Insurance
• Determine eligibility for insurance benefits
• Submit employee deductions to Accounting Manager and ensure that deductions are correct
• Billing statements to employees for missed premiums
• Submit all enrollments for any insurance benefits that employee choose to take.
• Ensure that all insurance premiums are paid by submitting checks.
• Request or print insurance cards for employees.
• Process personal changes for employees.
• Assist in open enrollment for insurance.
• Maintain Cobra
• ACA reporting
