In the years I have spent bartending I have had so many guests who return often to have me serve them. I love building a relationship with the costumers and knowing their orders by heart. It makes them feel special to have a place where people know just what makes them happy . I always keep a big smile in hopes that it will be contagious to staff and guest .

3 Years 2 MonthsAssistant General Manager here for the year it was open. Company out of Winston-Salem North Carolina . It was located at the arcade and Dayton and the food was authentic Italian . It was a promising career but the owners could not communicate with the Partners well enough to keep the business going and unfortunately it had to close. I was on salary and my job was mostly to hire and train bartenders and manage all things bar. To be honest I enjoy tending bar more than managing it.
