Green Ribbon Health (GRH), a joint venture between Humana & Pfizer, delivered care management services to Medicare Beneficiaries in the state of Florida. GRH and CMS had a risk-based contract where payment was dependent on improvement in cost and quality measures.

• Led the Program Evaluation and Information Management department for GRH; a team of 12 highly skilled technologists, that implemented cost and quality analysis based on CMS requirements
• Developed, implemented and executed the formative and summative evaluation of GRHs Medicare Health Support Program
