  • Problem-solving If there was any issues to make sure it was addressed and fixed as quickly as possible and ensuring that the guest is satisfied
  • Ensuring that any issues are brought up directly to the general manager (whether it is solved or unsolved) and make sure they are aware.
  • Being able to communicate and work well with coworkers and being able to communicate with them and fill them in on what happened during the previous shift
  • Communication. When a guest comes into the hotel, we would say hi how are you and be excited to be talking to them and give them any cool places to go visit and just make them excited to be there and make them feel like we’re excited to have them there as well.
