Professional Account Manager with experience in developing and maintaining strong client and inter-organisational relationships, generating revenue and protecting and maintaining the install base. My outgoing energetic personality enables me to be highly self-motivated and able to work using my own initiative. A committed member of any team, my excellent communication skills allow me to work towards the best solution for the customer/client and the business. Currently based in Bangor, Northern Ireland, I am seeking a remote/hybrid role with new challenges and development. Before starting my Account Management journey in 2020 I worked as a Dentist but made the difficult decision after years of training and experience not to continue in this field and have found my passion is within Account Management/Customer Success based roles.
