Once the new idea is created, we help build or edit a work instruction, and try to break the enhancement in our test environment and if all is working as planned, it gets announced and promoted to the real system.

We also help test other peoples enhancements in the test environment. We try to make sure we've worked out all the bugs before releasing it to the rest of the company.
