  • Making sure all BOH duties are being fulfilled properly, and in a timely manner.
  • Training new BOH employees. Taking time to make sure all new and current employees learn every responsibility that the position requires correctly while making sure they feel welcomed/wanted at work.
  • Ensuring that all line cooks stay on the same page. That there is constantly open communication in our kitchen.
  • Keeping track of all inventory/menu items. making sure it is known when something gets low / is out.

  • Staying in constant contact with my superiors to learn anything/everything that can be done better or differently.
