I have a unique career background that includes over thirty years of experience working directly with the public in both a professional and casual capacity. I am currently the General Manager of a national chain restaurant where I have worked for over a decade. Preceding that, I was an attorney representing clients and appearing in court.
I am the full-time manager overseeing 5 key managers. I am solely responsible for ordering food and liquor, setting up and executing caterings, scheduling staff, managing staff, payroll, reporting to ownership, complying with corporate requirements and complying with State of Minnesota requirements.
Co-managed a staff of 35-40 hosts, servers and cooks. Reported to General Manager. Was responsible for staff schedules, payrolll, food and liquor orders and managing shifts.
I was a solo practitioner practicing in the areas of family law, criminal law, bankruptcy, business formation and personal injury. I had over 15 years of experience meeting with, serving and helping clients. I developed a high level of skill in the areas of problem solving, writing, and otherwise representing client interests in a wide variety of settings including settlement conferences, motion hearings, mediations and trials.
