My complete tenure at Johnson Controls Inc. ended with over 17 years in the service department. I started there as an entry level fire alarm inspector and moved throughout several different positions within the service department before going into management. I learned all aspects of how to run the business and how to provide excellent customer service while growing revenue and margin year over year. Each year that I had management, the Jackson Branch sawm growth in both revenue and margin. the Jackson branch consistently remained best in class with a margin average around 60% while other surrounding branches were around 40%. I maintained great relationships with our customers and excellent rapport with co-workers.
