  • As a member of the infrastructure team of a financial services company, which focuses on logistics and transportation clients, our team is small and multi-disciplinary.
  • Managed countless cloud-based SaaS solutions that provided numerous services to our organization, i.e., cloud-based TELCO, marketing, user productivity, mass mailing, managed file transfer, etc.
  • Performed multiple migrations of hardware and software solutions from on-premise to cloud, from cloud to on-premise, and migrations between different AWS/Azure tenants.
  • Currently, the company's Microsoft 365/Azure Subject Matter Expert is responsible for managing Entra ID accounts, Conditional Access management, Azure virtual machines, O365 enterprise applications, SharePoint administration, Exchange administration, and Defender/Purview security management.
