- The most employees I assisted with supervising/dispatched were a total of twenty five to thirty five people during any shift
- Helped with scheduling, payroll, hiring and orientation
- Sole/individually dispatcher (one dispatch per-shift)

- Dispatched individually during three twelve hour shifts weekly
- I would receive phone calls from tenants due to a unit lockout which the on call maintenance department I would contact
- The lockout process would include the tenant arriving to are dispatch/security office to complete a lockout form and be identified with their state ID and or driver license, the tenant would then be searched for on a tenant roster list
- As a dispatcher on my shifts, I would often issue new keys to tenants due to lock repairs/replacements for their units
- The dispatch duties included interaction with CMHA police officers, Cleveland police officers and a group of armed security officers and occasionally police detectives due to the need of vital information exchange and to view recorded footage
- Cyclops Technology Group was one of two company contractors that provided services to Rainbow Terrace Apartments
- The other contractor was First Line Defense Security
- When security services was needed the tenants of the property would call into dispatch and dispatch would function as an answering service during the main office/property management after hours
- This was also one of two jobs, I held this job as I also started dispatching for Block By Block/Downtown Cleveland Alliance
- During my shifts I supervised/dispatched three to five armed security officers and on call maintenance personnel.

- My duties as a security officer that logged the various truck drivers product drop off sheets and digitized the manifest documents as it was also inputted into are computer system networks
- I monitored various cameras around the property and received phone calls and messages and routed them to the proper department and or person
- I was a part of the control access procedure during visitors signing in and out
- After six months of being hired I was promoted to shift supervisor which included duties of assisting and directing two to three other officers per-shift that was posted at other locations and gates on the property
- As I became the shift supervisor, this is when more of the phone operator duties had occurred such as utilizing radio and the PA system to announce system checks and false alarms, also monitoring various alarm systems in addition to more camera views and having direct communication with certain PPG management personal
- During the shift supervisor position I had even trained and executed dispensary actions such as write ups when needed
- The security shift supervisor was one of two jobs during 2017 to 2018, the other job was at Provide A Ride.

- As a operations supervisor/dispatcher I had processed trips which was the term for the procedure of clients arrival and or departure from their doctors appointment
- I very often was in communication with various care givers (mostly nurses) within the medical field during the clients departure process
- During these duties I would also monitor are drivers locations with the use of GPS and also be in contact with those drivers by phone, radio and even text message within are computer system which would connect through their company issued phone that's given when a van or bus with their route sheet was assigned out to them upon their check in with the operations department
- The trips could be scheduled that day and even days and weeks in advance
- During my shifts I supervised/dispatched twenty or more drivers daily
- Provide A ride was one of two jobs during 2017 to 2018, the other job was PPG as a shift supervisor security officer with phone operator duties.
