Created & branded an event center with a capacity of 3,500 from the ground up in order to help the owner see a growth in profit on his off nights with a clientele he wasn't reaching.

Successfully navigated through years of negative public publicity that the venue had, and the challenges that Covid brought to the entertainment industry. I was responsible for all aspects of the event venue / night club including, but not limited to:

  • Negotiating and booking with talent agencies
  • Insuring that talent and management had good experience with the venue, to help negotiate further deals and other artist within the same agencies
  • Hiring and training of bartenders, floor staff, Security, Dj's and accountants
  • In order to cut payroll many times I was responsible for assisting with artist load in, hospitality, production advances, box office, VIP experience, event clean up and settling up with artist and agents.
  • Responsible for cashing out bartenders at the end of the night and paying expenses; on average handling a cash flow of $50,000 every night
  • In charge of ordering and maintaining the install of all tech equipment including but not limited to, $60,000 DAS sound System, Artfox LED Walls, high-end Stage lighting
  • In charge of all social media aspects...Including Follow up emails to concert gowers to ask for feedback

My two favorite parts about this job were

1. Being able to provide a positive experience to the talent and the talent crew by providing outstanding service and making them feel like rockstars at all times

2.being able to help younger employees develop new skill sets and see them open up doors to new possibilities
