I am Jesse Hendry, and I aspire to be a Band director. Im an experienced musician that has rightfully fulfilled all requirements for a Bachelors degree in Music Performance from Kentucky State University. I plan on going to graduate school and becoming a certified teacher. I attended Jackson Sate University for 4 of my 6 years in college, where I conducted ensembles, gave instrumental lessons, and performed above expectations in ensembles such as the university jazz band, marching band, and orchestra. During college I consistently mentored high school students and incoming freshman academically, musicly as well as gave advice on preparing for college. I am dedicated and motivated to serve the schools that teach our youth the beginnings of a long successful life. Between my work experience and academic career, I have been equipped with the tools necessary for positive interactions with others. I've been mentioned as creative, efficient, and time conservative by my professors and peers.
