Main tasks entailed maintaining cleanliness of custom residential homes.

Daily tasks included

• Communicating jobsite conditions to upper management
• Cleaning interior and exterior jobsites during all stages of building
• Ensuring home owners needs are met throughout the building process
• Communicating new work orders to and from higher management and sub-contractors
• Maximizing efficiency by preparing jobsites for incoming sub-contractors
• Septic fencing placement and removal

Ensured smooth movement of product throughout the renting process.

Regular tasks included

• Maintaining cleanliness and proper operational readiness of golf carts before and after renting
• Relaying information to and from co-workers and higher management
• Completing work orders and ensuring they are completed and documented for insurance and liability coverage
• Loading and unloading carts from transportation trailers.
• Managing location and quantity of carts within a designated lot
• Warehouse cleaning and assistant acquiring parts
• Maintenance ( tire changes, oil changes, battery degradation)
• Occasionally trained new staff on safety protocols and business practices
• Off-site delivery assistance
• Used specialty carts for ground keeping (Snow Plow, towing, mobile wash)
• Shut down facility daily by turning off lights, storing equipment and locking doors.
