The jobs I've worked in so far have involved helping people, my passion in life is to help people. I've been working in the hospital setting since I turned 18. My plan from here is to move towards my goal of becoming a doctor. I've been "hands-on" with many of my jobs and have gained a lot of experience in the hospital setting. I do well with the fast-paced workplace of the hospital setting. Proficient and caring nursing team member offering outstanding patient-facing experience. Adept at addressing patient needs with compassionate care and attention to detail. Diligent about maximizing satisfaction, safety, and wellness while serving patients of all backgrounds. Families have asked me to leave my current position to work with their loved ones. Being a float pool employee, I am a well-respected and strong Certified Nursing Assistant. Detail-oriented and hard-working individual. I am well versed in the role of a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Medical-Surgical units but have had experience in the Emergency room, Intensive care, and inpatient Psychiatric units. I have been orienting new Certified Nursing Assistants for the various units and float pool. Ambitious Certified Nursing Assistant possessing extensive experience with patient care in medical settings. Strong observational skills combined with excellent patient evaluation abilities. Proven history of cultivating strong patient rapport to provide quality care and patient education.
I have been a coach for Girl's volleyball ages 5th-8th grade for two years, at Waukesha West High School. Being able to lead a group while thinking on my feet to provide strategy on how to win as well as teaching essential skills that these girls can use for their volleyball career as well as life skills that they can use for their lifetime.
