  • My current responsibilities include managing a schedule for several HVAC service and plumbing technicians. This entails taking calls and gathering information to dispatch the proper technician for their specialized skill sets. With the information from our technicians, I am able to quote labor, materials and lead times from various vendors to meet our customers needs. We work with several 3rd party dispatch and billing systems that require detailed quotes and invoicing to be submitted on various projects.
  • Some of my other duties include time card transmission, running credit card transactions, ticket creation for several departments, PO creation as well as follow up and working directly with project managers to cover any additional needs our technicians might have in the field.

  • As a national wholesaler, SPS was able to afford me many opportunities to learn and work with customers and employees in several other states and varying markets.
