~ At KCC someone came in and asked who wanted to catch shoplifters at JC Penny's and I raised my hand. I worked there about two years. By this time I owned a beauty Salon and Managed that with 5 girls, working for themselves, renting a booth from me.

~I then, while working at JC Penny's, a couple men came in From Feldpausch grocery store and asked for me by name. We met in my office and they asked if I would come and manage their Loss Prevention at all the grocery stores at a higher pay then I was making at JC Penny's and I began showing them how to control their more expensive items, by moving them towards front of store or in an isles easier to see. I hired many men and women and trained them to catch shoplifters, gave them schedules every other week. Worked myself, sometimes staying all night and did same thing at Kohl's to catch a expected employee, even going to Kalamazoo Kohl's, to do the same thing. I was very good at it.

~At Kohls I received many awards, a lot on safety. Even created ideas to keep employees in the WANT, not not get hurt. That later were used Nationwide. This is before they had ink tags and wire controls over expensive items. I came up with a great idea to keep them from having so many mismated shoes, because that was a huge loss to company..That to was used Nationwide, and I received awards for that as well.

~Won almost every safety themed  decorationed lunch room for the staff.  In District and Regional.

Then later was one of 5 Loss Prevention Supervisors, Nationwide! To join together and come up with artistic pamphlets and table toppers for break room for the Christmas Holidays. For every store in USA.  I was so honored. My store#514 ranked highest companywide for most artist ways and materials to keep everyone safe. I had fun with it. Im sure that's why I was chosen as one of the 5 they picked.

~2 years had ZERO injuries for employees, with my techniques.

~I was always in charge of inventory prep, and inventory. Received an award for lowest shrink in District in 2004.

~Cash shortage/overages I searched for and and found most.

~  I saved the companies I worked for thousands of dollars in cash and in merchandising,

~ Many Employee of the month awards at Kohl's.
