Access and update in in the Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS). Information will include both financial and nonfinancial data referenced in CSP procedures. Initiate and respond to requests, coordinate with internal and external partners, research and resolve case issues and gather information.
Review all assigned tasks and critical data fields to enable CAMS to take the next appropriate action. Make decisions based on case information in CAMS and documentation provided by customers or business partners. Contact business partners as necessary to confirm information or gather additional documentation.
Interview customers face-to-face and/or on the telephone. Interact with customers, legal services providers, other states, employers and other business partners for additional information needed to process case actions.
Initiate requests to other states, the Florida Office of Vital Statistics, local clerks of court and other states for birth certificates, support and paternity orders, and payment records.
Attend and participate in team meetings and conferences as applicable. Complete all required Department-wide and programspecific training.
Learn, review and follow the service site’s safety and security protocols.
