Performed in-home health care by performing range of motion exercises, encouraging daily activities, making beds, showers or bed baths, oral hygiene, and making sure clients have proper nutrition. I also strive on providing a one on one interaction with my clients to ensure they feel valued and cared for. I also assess clients by performing standard vital checks including blood pressure, heart rate, O2. pulse and respirations.
