I recently was hired as the night floor manager and I have been implementing changes that have bettered the department. I am able to lead my team and put my employees in the right spot to keep the floor stocked for the member. I am able to make moves to cover dead outs or low stock. I am able to write the schedule to cover the needs of the department. I am in charge of moves in the boxes to drive sales and accommodate mandatories from corporate.

I was temporary membership manager over the holiday period. While there I was able to learn how to sign members up for memberships, how to change memberships and how to do returns. I was able to write the schedule to cover the needs of the department. I was able to lead a team and made hiring decions that have developed the team.
