• I started with IU Health in 2020 working in Primary Care. I transferred to Oncology in 2019. I then transferred to Pulmonary, where I currently work. I worked directly with patients scheduling appointments, answering phones, and placing orders. Facilitated transition to a new electronic medical record system to enhance workflow. Created standards of work and proposed enhancements to medical record system to improve patient care. I have been a superuser for IU Health since 2017. I have completed the MDI training program. I’m a 2025 graduate of the Emerging Leaders Program. I’m looking to continue growing with IU Health. I am BLS certified.
• Assisted providers with patient rooming, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and visit preparation.
• Documented assessments and treatments accurately in Epic EHR, maintaining complete patient records.
• Administered injections, immunizations, and ordered treatments while following safety and infection-control protocols.

• I did my clinical externship with American Health Network. I did a variety of duties: assisted in rooming patients for consultations and obtained vitals, documented patient-provider interactions as a scribe for the providers, managed and organized medical records for patient files. I performed Spirometry testing.
• Collected vital signs and updated patient histories for accurate clinical assessment.
• Documented encounters in EHR to support seamless provider communication and chart accuracy.
• Prepared exam rooms and sterilized instruments to maintain infection control standards.

I was on the Dean’s List in 2008. I completed my degree for Medical Assisting.

I was in nursing school at St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. I had to change my focus due to financial reasons and did not obtain a degree.
